Five stages. Same order. Every time.

Read it slowly. The parts you don't believe are the parts to stress-test.

01. Discovery call (30 minutes)

30 minutes on a call. No slide deck, no product demo, no proposal pitched at the end. The question we're answering together is whether a campaign brief is worth writing for your firm in the first place.

We listen for three things: who you sell to, what earns you the work when you're in front of them, and what's stopped you building this yourself so far.

At the end of the call, we know enough to write you a campaign brief. You don't need to prepare. We bring the questions.

02. Campaign brief (within 5 working days)

A written document, not a slide deck. Built specifically for your firm from the notes we took on the call. You'll recognise it on the first read because it describes your buyer in language you already use.

Inside: a sharpened ICP, buyer psychology and decision triggers, two messaging angles worth testing, the people you should be talking to first, and an honest read on whether outbound is even the right move for you right now. Sometimes the honest read is no.

Yours to keep whether we work together or not. If the brief is useful and you'd rather take it to someone else, or do it yourself, we're not going to chase you.

03. Building the campaign (week 1 to 2)

Two weeks before anything reaches a prospect. Domains warm up with the big email providers. The list gets built from the ground up, not bought. The messaging gets written and stress-tested against the brief. None of this is visible from the outside. That's the point.

From you: a LinkedIn profile to send from, access to your booking tool, and approval on the sending accounts. 30 minutes of your time, spread over the fortnight.

Skip the warmup and the campaign flames out in week two. So we don't.

04. Live campaign (week 3 onwards)

Messages go to real prospects. Every day. The people your brief said you should be talking to.

Replies come in. Some positive, some neutral, some negative, some “remove me from your list.” All of it is data. We read every reply and feed what we learn back into the messaging, the targeting, and the sequencing. Your campaign tightens as it runs.

You don't need to do anything at this stage. Outbound is lumpy. The patterns show up over a month, not a week.

05. Meetings start landing in your diary (week 4 to 6)

Qualified prospects start saying yes. “Qualified” means they match the brief, not just that they replied. Every positive reply is checked before a meeting gets booked, so you don't waste 30 minutes on a call that wasn't worth having.

You get a notification the moment it lands, plus an email with everything you need to walk in prepared: who they are, what they responded to, and what's been going on at their company. You don't prep the lead. We do.

The campaign keeps running. More meetings queue up behind this one. Your job is to show up and do what you do.

How we get paid

No retainer. No setup fee. No monthly minimum. You pay nothing while the brief is being written, the list is being built, the domains are warming, or the campaign is running.

You pay when you close a deal with a prospect we introduced. A fixed percentage of the first year's revenue from that deal, agreed in writing before anything starts. No surprises. No escalation. No mid-campaign renegotiation.

If a meeting never turns into a deal, you owe us nothing. The bet is on our side of the table. It's the same bet every month your campaign keeps running.

The exact percentage lives in the Introducer Agreement. You see it after the campaign brief, not before.

Your brand. Your veto.

Nothing goes to a prospect with your name on it until you've seen it. Subject lines. Email copy. LinkedIn messages. Follow-ups. All of it.

If a line doesn't sound like you, we rewrite it. If a sequence doesn't sit right, we kill it. If you want to stop the campaign entirely, you stop it. Same day. No questions asked.

Your name is on the emails. Your reputation is attached to them. So the final word is yours. Not ours.

What we won't do

Buy lists. Every name on your target list is built by hand from the criteria in your brief. A human looks at the LinkedIn, the company, the role. If the reason you're talking to them isn't obvious, they don't get on the list.

Guarantee meetings. Nobody promising “15 meetings a month guaranteed” is telling you the truth. You'll hear what's happening in real time. You won't be sold a number.

Run a dead campaign. If the angle isn't working, we stop sending and rethink. Running a bad campaign to look busy is the fastest way to torch your domains and your name.

Now you know how it works.

30 minutes on a call. A written campaign brief in your inbox within 5 working days. No retainer, no upfront fee, no obligation to continue once the brief arrives.

If outbound isn't the right move for your firm, the brief will say so. If the timing's wrong for you, just say so. We go away.
