What we do with your data, in plain English.

What we collect.
When you visit this site, we record anonymised page views via Vercel Analytics. No cookies. No personal identifiers. We can see that someone read the home page. We cannot see who.
When you book a discovery call, you give us your name, email, company, and a short answer to one question (what is prompting you to look at this now). That booking goes through Cal.com, which processes the data for us.
When we run a campaign for a client, we hold the contact data we build the target list from. That data is acquired in line with the UK PECR and GDPR rules on legitimate interest and B2B prospecting.
What we do not do.
We do not sell your data. We do not put you on a marketing list after a discovery call unless you ask. We do not share your call notes with anyone outside Neural Flow. If you book and then say no, we delete the notes within thirty days.
We do not use third-party cookies or behavioural ad networks. The site has no cookie banner because there are no cookies that need consent.
Your rights.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop processing it. Email contact@neuralflow.co.uk and we will respond within seven working days.
If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
